Automatic ventilation control for every room
DemandFlow is Itho’s fully automatic, demand-controlled ventilation system. It measures CO2 in each room throughout the dwelling and adjusts extraction rates accordingly, demanding no effort or operational input from the user.
The system extracts air from kitchens, utilities, bathrooms and toilets as well as living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms. So, for example, if householders are partying until the early hours, DemandFlow stays up with them. Similarly, when occupants go on holiday, the system adjusts automatically and operates at its lowest level.
DemandFlow can be installed in most types of newly constructed houses and apartments and large scale renovations. Its flexibility allows for easy design changes, even towards the end of a construction project. Furthermore, routing the ducts through a plenum box enables you to add or adjust the position of individual extract points.
